From 1994 to 1998, Eurydice Eve was a staff writer and award-winning investigative journalist for Spin magazine. From 1998 to 2003, Eurydice was a monthly columnist (she authored the Sex Files) and investigative journalist for Gear magazine, a critically-acclaimed men’s pop culture magazine. This tenure trained Eurydice to conduct in-depth reporting and extended field research. She embedded herself in dozens of different communities and secret societies and conducted thousands of hours of interviews. Her essays, articles, and reviews have appeared in magazines like Harper’s and Newsweek. She has given numerous media interviews on radio and TV, including C-Span, Sky Channel, CBS, ABC, NPR, Amsterdam TV, Real News and more.
